  • Ship the Product: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to the seller.

5. Refund Process

Once the merchant receives and inspects the returned product:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued at the seller's discretion.
  • Failed Delivery Refunds: If the product was not delivered, Garden.com.bd may process a refund at its discretion after investigating the issue.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You may request a cancellation if the merchant has not yet shipped the product. Contact the merchant via the platform's messaging system to initiate the cancellation.
  • After Shipping: If the product has already been shipped, you must follow the return process after receiving the product.

7. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions and images to avoid disputes.
  • If a seller fails to resolve an issue, Garden.com.bd may intervene and process a refund at its discretion.

8. Customers Responsibilities

  • Inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a return or refund.

9. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: Garden.com.bd is not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or shipping carrier delays.
  • Fraudulent Claims: Users found making fraudulent return or refund claims may face account suspension or legal action.
