- High-Quality Images: Product images must be clear, high-resolution, and representative of the actual item. Misleading or edited images that do not reflect the product accurately are prohibited.
- No Watermarks: Product images must not contain any seller shop logos, watermarks, or branding. Only clean, professional images of the product are allowed.
- Categorization: Products must be listed in the correct category to ensure easy discovery by customers.
- Prohibited Items: Sellers are not allowed to list illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
2. Order Management
- Order Notifications: Sellers will receive order details, including customer information and delivery address, via their seller dashboard.
- Timely Dispatch: Sellers are responsible for dispatching products promptly after an order is confirmed. Delays must be communicated to both the customer and Garden.com.bd support team.
- Shipping and Delivery: Sellers are responsible for delivering products directly to the customer’s address within the agreed time frame. Shipping costs and methods should be clearly stated during product listing.
3. Customer Communication
- Responsiveness: Sellers must respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Updates: Sellers should keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including dispatch and delivery timelines.
- No External Payments: Sellers are strictly prohibited from asking customers for any additional payments outside of the Garden.com.bd platform. All transactions must be processed through the platform to ensure transparency and security.

- Fair Pricing: Sellers must not artificially inflate product prices to offer misleading discounts. All discounts and promotions must reflect genuine savings for the customer.
- Transparency: Prices must be competitive and clearly displayed. Hidden charges or misleading pricing practices are strictly prohibited.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Customer Initiation: If a customer wishes to return a product or request a refund, they will contact the seller directly through the platform.
- Return Conditions: Sellers must accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Return policies (e.g., time frames, conditions) must be clearly stated on the product page.
- Refund Processing:
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Sellers are responsible for processing refunds promptly upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.
- For Prepaid Orders: Garden.com.bd will process refunds after validating the return request with the seller.

- Promotions and Discounts: Sellers can offer discounts or promotions, but these must be clearly communicated and adhered to.
- Data Privacy: Sellers must protect customer data and use it only for order fulfillment purposes.

Garden.com.bd may update this policy from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
